Meet Our Instructors
I'm Caitlin Nave, a full time nurse, part time yoga instructor and backpacking guide. I've been practicing yoga for the last 12 years. Yoga has supported me in tending to my physical, mental and emotional needs. In efforts to strengthen my own practice and share the beauty of yoga with others, I completed my teacher training in 2019. Trained in vinyasa, or the connection of body and breath, I treat every session truly as a practice and an opportunity to deepen our connection to ourselves.
Meg started her yoga journey in 2012 and received her 200 hour teacher certification shortly after. As a competitive rock climber for 10 years, Meg was drawn to yoga for its restorative benefits and injury prevention. With her education being based in Power Vinyasa, Meg bases her teaching on creating unique flows that can be centered on building strength in the body with intentional breathwork and dynamic movement. Meg values having a light-hearted and creative class that is accessible to all, while also offering challenging flows to bumpin’ music. Come join Meg in a fun and upbeat practice!
