Masks

We are following CDC guidelines in our facility; masks are required for everyone in our clinic to protect patients, employees, and guests.

Fever

We will check your basic vital signs, including your temperature when you arrive.

Screening

Each patient will be asked several basic screening questions upon arrival at our clinic.

Cleaning

We are adopting stringent cleaning protocols to ensure your safety.

If you have noticed any of the following symptoms in the last 24 hours, please call us to reschedule your appointment:
 

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea
