My greatest passions in life are climbing in wild environments and helping others feel and move better so they can pursue the things they love. I first became interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy as a high-school student competing in cross country and track and field. I was lucky to earn a scholarship to study at University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where I continued to compete as an NCAA Division II athlete.

I have been a rock climber since I was twelve years old, and have climbed in areas across the United States and around the world including El Chaltén (Patagonia) and Mexico. I have developed new routes in and around the Estes Valley and high in the alpine terrain of RMNP.

I am interested in pain neuroscience education and helping patients understand how our bodies work. I’m passionate about pushing the limits of human ability, and I love working with all sorts of patients; from professional athletes to patients with neurological conditions, it's a pleasure to do what I do every day.
I am a Physical Therapist and Alpine Climber; born and raised in Denver, Colorado. I moved to Estes Park in the spring of 2019, completely captivated by the alpine environment of Rocky Mountain National Park
